To make control more effective the login roles of the users have been catogorised as under :
Administrator
The user with these rights enjoys full power of modification, deletion, passwords control, access control of the other two roles. This user can restrict the other roles from printing, saving, altering any records / predefined data during input or otherwise. The login timings & locations are also under the control of the administrator.
Manager
The user with these rights has full access to all the data input forms and records of the company within the active financial year, though without rights of modification & deletion.
Operator
The role of this user is restricted to the data input forms only and that too within the active financial year.
